While Hosts don't need to take a policy with our insurance partners, our specialised insurance policy ensures that you're fully protected in the rare event that your vehicle gets into an accident or theft. We provide comprehensive coverage during the subscription period.
Carbnb offers flexible subscription periods ranging from 1 month to 36 months. You can choose the minimum availability period for your car, but generally, longer availability increases your chances of getting matched with a subscriber.
In the unfortunate event of damage, our comprehensive insurance covers repairs. We handle the entire claims process and coordinate repairs with authorized workshops. We also provide a replacement vehicle for the subscriber so your income stream isn't interrupted.
You receive your payout on a monthly basis. Payments are processed within 7 business days after the end of each subscription month. The amount is directly credited to your registered bank account.
For standard wear and tear and scheduled maintenance, Carbnb manages the process. Depending on your agreement, maintenance costs may be deducted from your earnings or covered under our comprehensive management fee.
The subscriber is responsible for all traffic summonses and fines incurred during their subscription period. We transfer liability to the driver where possible, or charge them directly to settle fines.
